Pongsatorn P. Sukhum is a specialist in Object-Oriented Technology, having spent nearly two decades consulting on and developing high performance distributed applications in various domains from Semiconductor Manufacturing to Defense.

He is an instructor in Military Technology at the Royal Thai Army's Command and General Staff College. His research interests include Distributed Simulations using HLA, Network Centric Operations and Warfare, and C4ISR Concept of Operations.

He is an SEI Authorized Lead Assessor (SEI ID: 0100726-A), an SEI Authorized instructor in the Software Capability Maturity Model, a certified Rational instructor in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and a certified Rational consultant in Requirements Management with Use Cases.

He received his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Electronics and an M.Sc. in Integrated Circuit Systems Design from The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), England.
